Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Your continued engagement with MaxNovel following such changes constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. USER ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
Registration: To unlock specific functionalities, you may be required to create a unique User Account. You must provide accurate and current information.
Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. All activities performed under your account are deemed your own.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or delete accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent behavior without prior notice.
3. USAGE LICENSE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, and non-transferable license to access the content provided on MaxNovel for personal, non-commercial use only. All proprietary rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents related to the Platform and its content, remain the exclusive property of Feel Refreshed Studio Limited or its respective licensors. You are strictly prohibited from decompressing, reverse-engineering, or scraping any data from the App.
4. VIRTUAL INCENTIVES AND REWARDS
MaxNovel may offer a reward system where users can earn virtual credits by completing specific interactive tasks (e.g., daily check-ins or reading milestones).
Adjustment: We reserve the right to modify the reward valuation or task requirements based on operational needs.
Anti-Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate the system via bots, third-party plug-ins, or unauthorized scripts will result in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of points.
5. FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Billing: Premium features may require payment. All transactions are processed via authorized third-party gateways (e.g., Apple IAP, Google Play Billing).
No Refund Policy: To the maximum extent permitted by law, all purchases of virtual currency or subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
Recurring Charges: For subscription-based services, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled through your store settings.
6. PROHIBITED USER CONDUCT
Users must not:
Upload or transmit any content that infringes on third-party intellectual property.
Use the Platform for any unlawful or deceptive purposes.
Interfere with the security-related features of the App.
Engage in any activity that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
the services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. feel refreshed studio limited shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed $100 usd or the equivalent local currency.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS
If you believe any content on MaxNovel infringes your copyright, please submit a formal "Take-Down Notice" to our legal team at: hkrongling@berryreels.com. Please include proof of ownership and specific descriptions of the infringing material.
9. GOVERNING LAW & ARBITRATION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for binding arbitration in accordance with its then-current rules.
